Prime Duarte Roofing Repair Service Duarte Reviews — What Duarte Homeowners Say

Customer Testimonials

Maria G. — Duarte Village, Asphalt Shingle Leak Repair

I noticed a water stain spreading across my bedroom ceiling after a heavy rain and called Prime Duarte Roofing Repair Service Duarte the same afternoon. A technician arrived the very next morning, identified a cracked flashing issue around my chimney, and had everything sealed and repaired before noon. The team tarped my landscaping and left my yard cleaner than they found it. It has rained twice since the repair and not a single drip — I could not be more relieved or more impressed.

James T. — Royal Oaks Drive Area, Emergency Storm Damage Repair

A windstorm ripped several shingles off my roof on a Friday evening and I was panicking about rain coming in over the weekend. Prime Duarte Roofing came out within a few hours, secured the exposed area with a temporary cover that same night, and returned Saturday morning with matching shingles to complete the full repair. The price was fair and they walked me through every step of what they were doing. I have already recommended them to two neighbors on my street.

Linda R. — Encanto Park Neighborhood, Flat Roof Restoration

My flat roof had been patched by two other companies over the years and the leaks kept coming back every winter. Prime Duarte Roofing assessed the entire surface, explained why the old patches were failing, and recommended a proper modified bitumen restoration instead of another band-aid fix. The crew completed the job in two days and the difference has been remarkable — zero leaks through a full rainy season. Honest, skilled, and genuinely professional from start to finish.

Carlos M. — Huntington Drive Corridor, Tile Roof Cracked Tile Replacement

Several clay tiles on my Spanish-style home cracked after a tree branch fell during a storm. I was worried about matching the original tile color and style, but the team at Prime Duarte Roofing sourced tiles that blended in almost perfectly. The repair took less than half a day and the workmanship was meticulous. They also pointed out a few other tiles that were starting to slip — catching problems before they became expensive — which I really appreciated.

Susan K. — Near Duarte Road, Roof Valley Repair and Resealing

Water was pooling and seeping through the valley section of my roof every time it rained, and I had ignored it longer than I should have. Prime Duarte Roofing gave me a straight, written estimate with no hidden fees and completed the valley re-flashing and resealing in a single visit. The crew was courteous, explained what they were doing while they worked, and cleaned up every scrap of debris afterward. My husband and I felt completely confident we were in good hands.

Robert A. — Beardslee Avenue Area, Gutter-Related Roof Edge Repair

Overflowing gutters had been causing water to back up under my roof edge for years, rotting the fascia and damaging the underlayment near the eaves. Prime Duarte Roofing handled both the roofing repair and coordinated the fascia replacement efficiently and at a price I felt was very reasonable. They showed me photos of the damage before and after so I could see exactly what was done. This is the level of transparency and accountability that is hard to find with contractors.

Angela D. — Duarte Heights, Ridge Vent and Ventilation Repair

I called Prime Duarte Roofing after noticing excessive heat buildup in my attic and shingles that were aging prematurely. They diagnosed a failed ridge vent system and replaced it quickly, also sealing several small penetration points around my HVAC vents. My energy bills have noticeably improved since the repair and the attic stays much cooler. The team was knowledgeable, punctual, and respectful of my home throughout the entire process.

David H. — Live Oak Avenue Area, Full Roof Inspection and Minor Repair Package

After purchasing an older home near Live Oak Avenue, I wanted a thorough roof inspection before moving my family in. Prime Duarte Roofing provided a detailed written report, clear photos of every concern, and prioritized the repairs so I could budget appropriately. They fixed the most urgent issues that same week and did not try to upsell me on anything I did not need. That kind of honesty is exactly why I will use them for all future roofing needs and why I have told everyone in my new neighborhood about them.
